Website design for Waxhaw businesses

What goes into a build, who it's for and how it runs from first call to launch day.

Picture a family who just moved into one of the new neighborhoods off Providence Road. They need a pediatric dentist, a lawn crew and a place for Friday dinner. They don't know Main Street yet, so they search. The businesses with a clear, quick website get the call. The rest get skipped.

That is the whole reason we build the way we do. Each service you offer gets its own page written in the words your customers use. The phone number stays one tap away. Reviews, licenses and photos of real jobs sit right beside the decision, not three clicks away.

What every build includes

  • A design made for you in your colors, with your photos, starting from an empty file.
  • A page for each service you want more of, each aimed at a real search.
  • Phone-first layout: big tap targets, quick loading, the call button always close.
  • Search groundwork at launch: page titles, descriptions, schema markup, a sitemap and Search Console.
  • Lead tracking so you can see form sends and call taps.
  • Tested forms: real submissions go through before the site is handed over.

Who we build for in Waxhaw

Downtown has grown into a spot for antiques, specialty shops and dining, from mom-and-pop kitchens to fine-dining bistros. Those businesses need a site that sells an afternoon on Main Street. Out along NC 75 and Providence Road, the need is different: roofers, cleaners, tutors, clinics and contractors serving the new subdivisions, who live or die by the phone. We build for both.

From the shop window

A dog breeder near Lake Tillery came to us with a site that hid her best proof. The rebuild opens with notes from puppy families and gives each litter its own sign-up. See the project.

How the order runs

  1. Step 1

    Talk it over

A phone call about what you sell, who buys it and what your current site is or isn't doing for you. No charge and no pitch deck.

  2. Step 2

    A written quote

One fixed number on paper before any work begins. Half of it gets the project on the calendar.

  3. Step 3

    Build and review

Roger writes the words, sets the design and codes each page. The other half is due when the finished site lands with you for review.

  4. Step 4

    Doors open

The site goes live on your domain, in your name. A care plan keeps it quick and current from there.

Every site is quoted before work starts. The quotes page explains what moves the number, and local SEO can be added whenever you're ready.

Website questions

Can you repair my current site instead?

Sometimes, and Roger will tell you when a repair is the smarter spend. If a site is stuck inside a builder where every small change eats an afternoon, starting fresh often costs less over a couple of years.

How much of my time does it take?

An opening phone call, your logo and whatever photos you have, then honest feedback on the draft. We write the words, so you won't be staring at a blank page.

Can I make edits myself later?

You can, but most owners just email the change. Small wording and photo edits are part of the care plan, and anything larger is quoted before we touch it.

How long until it's live?

A small site can go live within a couple of weeks. Larger builds take longer, and the biggest factor is usually how quickly photos and feedback come back.

Not sure you need a new site?

Send the address of the one you have. Roger will say plainly whether a few fixes will do or a rebuild would pay for itself.
