Care questions
Which changes fit inside the plan?
Swapping in fall hours, trading one photo for another, adding or dropping a name on the team list, posting a closed-for-the-holiday notice. Anything big enough to be its own page is quoted before work starts.
And if the site stops loading?
An alert reaches us and the repair begins right away. Outages are uncommon here, since each page is a static file with no database for anything to tangle.
Can you look after a site another designer made?
Generally no. Care is built around sites that came out of this shop. When yours lives on a different platform, Roger will talk through whether a move is worth it.
